Mike is the best. I always ask him what type of tires works best for my application. My boss is very picky and wants traction but low road noise. The tires that Mike put on his truck looked aggressive and I was worried about the road noise but the boss was very happy. Also a month or so later one of the tires was going low and on investigation it had a large nail in it. I called Fat boys at 430 and was told that they would wait for my boss to get there. When my boss arrived they took the truck right inside and competed a cost free repair to the tire.
Very few places haveand quot; customer serviceand quot; these days but this company does.

The headlight was out on my daughter's car. Living out in the county and driving sometimes in very dark conditions and limited few weather, it was important to get it changed. I called to make an appointment, When I spoke with the service manager, he suggested she bring it by after school and he would take care of it while she waited. Awesome!!!
We have used Fat Boys for many years and have always have had a positive experience. Not once did I ever feel I had been taken advantage of or mislead in any way. We have had many services provided from oil changes to engines. We have purchased many sets of tires over the years. They have also worked on our horse trailers. The staff is professional, competent and friendly.
