This company is selling vacant land in Colorado--but their office is in Cheyenne Wyoming. They dissolved their office in Colorado on June 1st, 2013. Their name Dreamland Properties LLC--indicates that they are licensed real estate agents in Colorado, but checking with the Colorado Department of Regulatory agencies--they are not licensed real estate agents in Colorado, under that name. I have contacted them--via e-mail regarding a problem I was having with one of their adjacent properties they have for sale. They are evasive as to whom the managers are-in fact they give no names on their web-site--nor are they willing to indicate who they are via several email discussions. They are selling several vacant lots in Colorado in several different counties--and because they are extremely reluctant to give out information--it's probably best to stay away from any sale--without a licensed Colorado broker working your side of the sale. Their web-site is suspicious because it also does not indicate any contact names, etc. www.owndreamland.com/index.php BUYER BEWARE
