Jeremy did the tile work, texturing, painting, trim work and replaced the basement vanity and sink.  He also did some minor tile repair and enhancements to our downstairs shower.  
He did a  full remodel of the upstairs bath taking out the tub, stool, sink and vanity as well as the flooring and walls.  He installed all new fixtures, the mirror, the floor and wall  tile, and shower curtain rod.  He textured and painted the walls and ceiling, installed an air vent, refinished the bathroom door and performed all finish work.   
Jeremy charged us an hourly fee and we paid the direct costs for all tile, paint, hardware and supplies.
He came to work when he indicated he would be there.  He did the work in a timely fashion.  He consulted with my wife and I during all phases of the construction and provided design suggestions that helped us to visualize different options.  We were thrilled with the end product to the point where we didn't use the  shower for the first several days as we didn't want to mess it up.   
We were very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to have him do other projects for us.  He was pleasant, professional and flexible.  We strongly endorse him if you need work done for your home or properties.
