I DO NOT HAVE THE PROBLEM (OR ANY COMPLAIN) ABOUT THE REPAIR THEY HAVE DONE. THE PROBLEM IS, SOME OF THEIR MECHANIC/EMPLOYEES ARE THIEF. THEY WENT THROUGH MY CAR'S TRUNK AND THEY HAVE STOLEN A SPECIAL NUT, WHICH I NEED TO REPLACE MY TIRES. I DID ASK THEM (WHEREABOUTS OF THAT NUT OR WHO WENT THROUGH MY TRUNK) AND THEIR ANSWER WAS (OBVIOUSLY) THEY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT IT. NOW I HAVE TO BUY THAT SPECIAL NUT, OTHERWISE I WON'T BE ABLE TO CHANGE MY TIRE. CAN YOU UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION?! IT SEEMS LIKE I HAVE MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY CHOOSING THIS PEOPLE, TO WORK ON MY VEHICLE. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE/BUSINESS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE MORE. EVEN THAT WILL BE WORTHWILE BECAUSE I DON'T BELIEVE YOU WANT THESE PEOPLE TO GO THROUGH YOUR VALUABLE BELONGINGS IN YOUR CAR AND RISK LOOSING YOUR ANY VALUABLE ITEM(S).

The service was exceptional! I am always leery of being taken advantage of because I am not very car savvy. They were fair and honest and took care of what I needed for much less than anywhere else I got estimates from. I'd recommend them again and again.

They changed the oil and then came out with our dirty filter and asked if we would like it changed. We told them not to rotate our tires since they can get a little wonky so they didn't. Overall the people we met were kind and friendly and they did the work we asked them to.

Able to get in quickly, started work promptly.  Work was done in a timely manner.  In the course of repairing the hinge, they broke the glass and the window crank.  That can happen, and they replaced everything without charge.  It did delay return of the vehicle for a day, but time was not essential, but the repair was, as the door could not be closed and latched.  At all times they were professional and concerned about delivering prompt and cost-sensitive service.  I was very pleased.  My only quibble, and one I have not taken up with the company, was that the door crank replacement was quite a bit inferior to the part it replaced.  As I say, I see this as quibbling.  The delay and replacement are the only reasons I downgrade them from a top rating,

Over all it went pretty well with Cheyenne Auto Repair & Svc. The main thing was that I don’t think they were trying to up sell me and try to find some things that were wrong there. I did have a little bit of a problem. I don’t know if it’s their fault or not. The repair they did with my truck transmission, it fixed it temporarily but the problem has come back. Now I have to take it again somewhere. I don’t know if I’m going to come back there or not but it was just a temporary fix apparently. On the other one, on the van, I took it in for a sound that I heard in the engine and I asked them if they thought it’s the water pump, they agreed so they replaced the water pump. They were aware of that sound but when I took it back I was sill hearing the same sound. I’m not sure if they corrected the problem or not. I don’t know if they didn’t hear the same sound but I did. They seemed to do the work OK but I kind of questioned if they actually corrected the problem. I’m not dissatisfied with them but I was just a little bit concerned that they did not actually fix the little things I took it in for but I don’t know if it’s their fault or anything.

Great showed me the old gasket car has been running great

Fast response to finding problem along with estimate.  Fixed by next day and was same as estimate with no problems after it was fixed
