The quote stage went very well, and I paid my deposit as required, two weeks before they were supposed to do the work. We scheduled the job to be completed during the first week of August, but it kept getting pushed forward. Sometimes there was communication but much of the times there was none. I made multiple phone calls trying to find out why they weren't there and when they were going to start. Finally, four weeks after it was supposed to be started (and six weeks after I had paid my deposit), the job got done. The company always gave many excuses for the delay, but I don't remember ever hearing them communicate that they were responsible for delay or that they could empathize with me for my frustration level. After everything was finally done, it does look good and is functional, so I'm happy about that. I just wonder how they'd react if I took six weeks - or even four weeks - to pay the balance of my invoice? :)

They were honest and responsive.  They were excellent and very very good.  They showed up when they said they would.  They provided a free estimate as well.
