BRAKES PLUS

These guys were great and finished the work as promised.  I asked for the brakes to be assessed for what repairs needed to be done and then a call to let me know what the cost would be.  In less than an hour they called with an itemized list of repairs .The information tracked with what I had already been told by another service provider.   Rather than just telling me my  brake pads needed to be replaced they told me I had about 60% life remaining on the front pads and probably a few more months left on my rear brake pads.  The brake rotors were warped ( I could feel them when I braked) and they recommended machining them.  Not    only did they finish the work within 3 hours they even waited for me to pick up my car after closing.  I am also impressed with the patience they showed to another customer who brought her car in for an alignment and then asked for the brakes to be checked, an oil change and a interior repair to be made.  They were willing to do the work that day in spite of the fact the original appointment was for something else.

They have a diagnostician there that is just wonderful. His name is Ray. He does a great job. He is the one I have working on my vehicles. I just took it in yesterday and they haven't called me with the quote, but every time I ever had the vehicle in there for a service, it's been really reasonable.

Shocks and struts were replaced and oil change completed within 24 hrs, even though 1 part had to be ordered. They applied multiple coupons and rebates without a hassle.

My brakes on my truck were sticking, called around to see who had the soonest openings to check on it, brakes plus said they could get me in the following morning to look at it and go from there on available appointments. took the truck in and dropped it off. Was called the following morning, very quickly after opening hours, they advised they looked at it, and pretty much everything was shot (brakes, pads, shoes, rotors, ect) Gave me a price on everything, at the time I could not afford that and I told them so, so they said, well at very minimum, you have to do the front, the back can wait a few more months but the front is gone. So gave me a price on that of $500 and I agreed. They said they could start work on it that day and have it ready the following. Called me the following day when truck was ready, went in and picked it up and had come across a $100 coupon which they honored with no problem. Paid $400 and was very happy w/the services.

They did an estimate prior to the service. After we had saved the money we went back in and they performed the repairs and stayed at the same cost even though it had been several months.

Tested my battery. Suggested a new battery and installed it. It took approx. 45 minutes and the service was excellent.
