Bicycle Station

I always get my bike tuned up there and I trust fully in atleast a couple of their mechanics. I request Anthony for all my services and his work exceeds all my expectations . While I wish they carried more than Specialized their sales people are very knowledgable on about every bike on the market. The Owner Patrick is a very exciteable man (could be a sales ploy) but the guy I mainly talk to is Fritz and he can get me to buy anything. Just off shear knowledge. Fritz is a straight shooter when it comes to everything and I respect that, no fancy sales quips or anything. I feel bad for the person that wrote the other review I know there is always a black sheep experience but all of minehave been nothing but positive!

First of all, I joined this site for two reasons......... to check out the other reviews, and to submit my experience with this business, the Bicycle Station. I have never been treated with as much disregard or disrespect as I was with this hole. I took my bicycle to this business FOR AN ESTIMATE late one afternoon, and I left the bike with them to do the estimate when it was convenient for them. I got a carbon copy of the work order, on which they indicated the maker of the bike and the color. After SEVERAL days without hearing from them, I called to learn the status, and an employee said they hadn't done the estimate yet. I had done some business with Rock On Wheels (another bike store in town) before, and I decided it was taking the Bicycle Station too long to accomplish a simple estimate, and that I wanted to retrieve my bike from the Bicycle Station and take it to the store where I had already had a positive experience. You may ask why I went somewhere else in the first place, and the reason is because I like to give my support to different businesses (IF they provide a quality service/product). I went to the Bicycle Station and they gave me a bike. I didn't even look at the bike. I loaded it up and took it to Rock On Wheels. When I took it inside, one of the employees commented on what a small bike it was for me, and THEN I realized that it WAS NOT MY BIKE. They gave me SOMEONE ELSE'S BIKE!!! If you can believe it, this was only the beginning of a very long and frustrating series of performances by the Bicycle Station which was NOTHING close to meeting "extremely poor" expectations. And to make that long story short, here's what several more trips to their store uncovered. THEY TOLD ME I NEVER LEFT THE BIKE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even after I showed them the work order, they said I never left it there!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I don't know what happened to my bike. I don't know if they donated it or threw it away. I FINALLY got a chance to talk to the business owner (A CITY COUNCIL MEMBER), and he dismissed me as though I had lied to him thousands of times before and as if his staff's words were golden. He didn't even apologize based on the POSSIBILITY that what I told him was the truth. I AM 36 YEARS OLD, AND THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS: There was a red-head at this business, and she is a REAL PIECE OF ****!! No exaggeration.
