We were shown options of different brands, no high pressure, we made our decision, delivered on schedule, installed. We have purchased all our various pieces of kitchen and laundry equipment from them for the past eleven years. When and if we need any other pieces of similar equipment, we will go to them.

A few months ago, the blower in my refrigerator quit working. I looked on Angie's List for a reputable service to repair it. They came out and we plugged it in and...the refrigeration worked. He said he thought it was one of two things. He left without charging me since it was working. Well, a few months later, it started blowing hot air into the refrigerator compartment. I called B and B back. The service man was early (wow), was in and out in a half hour and the repair was very inexpensive. I am very pleased.

They came and had to order the correct part and come back. I liked that they didn't charge another trip charge for coming out a second time.

Service went very well. Initial visit was very prompt and punctual. Unfortunately, they did not have the panel we needed in stock so we needed to schedule a second visit once the part came in. Probably could have ordered the part and done it myself, but this was definitely fast and efficient.

It is one of my favorite places. I use them regularly. They are very professional and very punctual. They are a bit pricey too. The service call is probably around $50. The price varies depending on what I purchase. It can go up to $500.
