At first, I had trouble with scheduling, (they are in demand and so busy!) but once I realized I had a cell phone and not Lisa's number, that changed. They came out that morning, looked at the job and the quote given, and said they would get right on it. That was on a Saturday. Today, the next Friday, they came and even though it is 7:26 and getting dark, they are completing the work. The men were efficient, professional, courteous, delightful.
