At first, I had trouble with scheduling, (they are in demand and so busy!) but once I realized I had a cell phone and not Lisa's number, that changed. They came out that morning, looked at the job and the quote given, and said they would get right on it. That was on a Saturday. Today, the next Friday, they came and even though it is 7:26 and getting dark, they are completing the work. The men were efficient, professional, courteous, delightful. They pay attention to details and answer questions. I am so pleased with their work. If you need to get in touch with them, call Lisa at the number on this page. She was delightful to work with also.
Thank you, Al, and your crew, too.

John came out on a Sunday afternoon to look at the project.. Two weeks after the ground had dried from from the rain
a crew of seven arrived did dirt work and formed. Next day they poured. We appreciated how they used splash boards to protect the side of the house right down to applying painters tape at the surface level. They tamped the ground before they poured, drilled re-bar into the foundation to keep house side from dropping. Troweled seams rather than cut the next day. From my research before the project he did everything right .Very professional, friendly and I could communicate with every member of the crew. Final test came a week later when it rained again. There wasnand quot;t any standing water anywhere on the pad!
I contacted two other contractors that never called back. I renewed my membership to write this review.

Weather caused some delay, because I had wanted the patio poured before Labor Day; however, I was a side job, so I guess I should have anticipated that. There was a 9 x 17 section of concrete that we decided to keep in since it would have required pulling down my back steps and I had no one lined up to replace them and since it is the main entry into my home, it was crucial to have the steps. The point I was trying to make was that even though we didn't replace that section, he stuck with his original estimate and I thought I should get some credit off for that section. If it wasn't for that, I would have probably given him an A. He had a full crew, showed up early and did a good job. It should be noted, he came in $1,000 less than a prior estimate I had received, so I was able to save money using Angie's List.

Since it was a small pour, he told me he would do it as soon as he had another small job. In just a few days he called me in the morning and said they would be there at noon and the job was completely finished that afternoon. Lisa and the crew were all very friendly and professional. The work came out above my expectations.

Al and Lisa are awesome to work with. I had never had concrete poured before and I had a ton of questions. They patiently answered my questions. I was particularly concerned about the drainage. Al used a level to show me the slope/grade of the concrete. Every time I called Lisa answered the phone. In addition, I wanted to get the project done as soon as possible because water was seeping through the foundation into the basement. They got me on the schedule for the following week. Every other contractor I spoke with was at least 2-4 weeks out. The night they poured the concrete, they got hit with a downpour. They were there until midnight working on it. The rain splashed some concrete onto the house foundation wall. The next day Lisa went and painted the affected walls. Our tenant's dog also got into the concrete before it had fully set. The contractor took the time to fix it as much as possible. With the stamp, if you didn't know where to look, you wouldn't know it had happened. While there was a misunderstanding about the color and the stamp was affected by the downpour, I would still recommend them without hesitation. The customer service is exceptional and they take pride in their work, a rare and valuable quality nowadays.
