I had taken my Yukon to the GMC dealer twice for the same issues and it didn't get fixed untl I went to ARS. I would definitely go back there.

the Check engine light came on in my truck so I took it in to ARS to have them diagnose it, July 2012. They advised the joints on my truck were out, some belts had broke and needed replaced, some belts were wearing thin and needed replaced, and fuel filter needed replaced. Gave me a price quote and I agreed, made an appointment for the next day and they advised the truck would be ready by tomorrow evening, or the following morning. They never called me to tell me it was taking more time or what was going on, I had to call them and ask about my vehicle 3 days later, and was advised it would be ready that evening. Went to pick it up, was $200 more than they quoted me, although no extra work was preformed, appeared to be labor charges although they took no time to explain it to me. Everything seemed great, good as new, was very satisfied, then 3 days later, yes 3 days later, check engine light came back on. Called them, they advised bring it back in. They looked at it and said the chip for the check engine light was out and needed replaced, quoted $150.00, left truck there, they called the next day saying I could get it. Ended up paying $225. TWO DAYS LATER check engine light came back on! called them again, took truck in again, they diagnosed something else wrong with it and at this point, I've put too much money into it and felt like they were just ripping me off. Took the truck elsewhere and will never return to ARS. I feel like they took advantage of me, were mis informing, ripped me off, and didn't even do some of the work listed on the sheets as preformed.

Dropped off car in the morning. They called with diagnosis and cost about 10:00am and repair was completed by 1:30pm. Price was below other repair shop's quotes. Rapid, friendly service.
