Great, professional, efficient and polite.

They arrived at the scheduled time and shampooed all of the areas we had agreed upon. Some areas were heavily soiled and he spent extra time working on those spots to get them clean. I was pleased with the results and my carpets dried as he had told me they would.

Brian was quick to respond to my call and was very thorough in the job that he did. There were spots that were more heavily soiled and he pre-treated them before he shampoo'ed those areas. My carpets were dry within 8 hours of the completion of the job. Very professional job!
