The guy's name was Rick and he did a great job.

The provider went under the name Advanced Comfort Solutions Inc, at
the same address as Advanced Air Systems. I presume it is the same company.
The salesman came to our house, arrived 5 minutes early, and walked
through the entire house to check out vents and the furnace. A few days
later he emailed an outstandingly-detailed quote with 3 options for both
a new furnace and AC, with all costs clearly spelled out. Of the 3
bids, this was by far the most detailed quote. Upon the agreed day, his
crew showed up on time and wasted no time getting the old furnace out
and the new one in. Installation went exactly as planned...until...the
condenser unit wouldn't start. Technicians looked at it all day, and
finally they just pulled the compressor out and replaced it with a new
one from the factory, which arrived about a week later. If the factory
compressor had worked right off, the whole job would've been completed
on time. I don't fault these guys for the bad factory part, and they
handled the replacement just fine. Since installation, the AC and
furnace have both worked flawlessly. Great job, friendly guys. I'll call
them again if I need HVAC work.

The estimator was punctual and very professional. We toured my home, inside and out, so he had a good idea of the work to be performed.
On the first day of the installation, the crew arrived with the necessary parts and personnel and began work. They were professional and competent, performing the work with no issues.
After the installation was complete, the furnace operated properly, but the air conditioning would only blow cool air, not cold. They called their service technician who arrived and recharged the air conditioning. It has worked properly since then.

It turned out good! They did a good job, and they were professional and friendly.
