Electrical Service
After moving in I discovered problems with the buildings electrical. I brought in another company to review what was found and they essentially recommended the entire house wiring needed to be replaced. There were obvious markings of wiring that had at one point burned and fused together and several improperly ran wires, the other company said these problems should have easily have been identified during a home inspection. Because Accurate Construction did not do their part, I had to pay out of pocket instead of negotiating with the seller of the house.
