+ -1 moreWe visited the storage facility on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and accommodating. she showed us different sizes storage we might need. I asked why their storage units were 50% more expensive than most around the Cheyenne area. She explained the advantages of renting a storage unit from AAA Self Storage such as security fence, security camera, gate access and on-site 24/7 manager. Personally I didn't think it was any different from the others. However, AAA Storage was open on Saturday and you can talk to a nice rental clerk in person until 4PM. Whereas the other facilities were closed or had limited hours on Saturdays.
Description of Work: We made several trips on Sunday, December 18, 2011 to the storage unit. On our first trip we discovered that the unit we rented the day before still had the companies lock on it. I went to the on-site manager's house and discovered that no one was home. After much frustration, my husband and I discussed the options between us and we decided that we were going back to the house and retrieve the bolt cutter to remove their lock. When we made this decision, approximately 30 minutes went by, when I decided to look for the manager again. The manager was just getting out of his car and told him of our dilemma. About two minutes later, he had another young man unlock our unit.
