A+ Charlie's Appliances

Before setting up an appointment I asked what safety protocols this company follows during this pandemic. I was told the technician would wear a mask and gloves. He wore neither, used our bathroom, and shared so many ridiculous conspiracy theories about our current political situation, and the pandemic that he offended everything I stand for and believe in. I do think that when you come to someone's house you should be professional and not share your personal views especially when nothing that was expressed was based upon any truth that any normal person would ever believe in. I was greatly offended and asked him to leave. I would not have this company return to my home.

The local appliance store we normally use could not come for 2 weeks and suggested A+ Charlie's. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Charlie called about 6 o'clock that evening and ask to stop by and take a look at the refrigerator. By 7:30 that evening our refrigerator was back in service. The service could not have been better or more professional. I will be using A+ Charlies for any future appliance repair. The bill was half of what I expected.

Diagnosed transmission problem. Approx cost $500. Can get new machine for close to that. He offered that he has used ones. We decided to buy new.

I was very pleased with their customer service and helpful attitude.

It went well. We own a truck so we picked up the washer and dryer from Charlie's store. They loaded it for us. We have not had any problems with the set, and it has been over a year.

.I used them 2 weeks ago. They got a new motherboard for our dryer. They are very good. He fixed our washer. They have a flat fee for all their work. He let us save money as he showed us how to fix the washer if it happened again. I was impressed. They give military discount too.

Although I had to wai for 4 days for service, it was well worth the wait. Charlie showed up at the exact time his staff said he woul be here. He took a part he washer and found that it was a rubber hose that was leaking. He said he would be back as soon as the part came in. I called his office staff n she said that she was ordering the part and it would be in the next day (Friday). She said Charlie had a full schedule the next day, but would try to fit my repair in. If he couldn't, he would be over on Saturday. Wow! I was impressed he would come over on Saturday. Great company to work with!
