Appliance Repair
I stopped by this business and spoke with the owner. I asked him a simple question in an attempt to get an ESTIMATE for a repair and he told me it would take an $80.00 service charge for him to answer my question.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Our GE dishwasher broke and was under warranty so GE requested Western Appliance come fix it. The guy that showed up to fix it, who is also the owner, came in looked it, didn't even touch it, and said "I'm sorry but I can't help you so you will have to call someone else." Again not even looking at it. I asked him why and he said "They don't pay me enough to connect it or wait for you to connect the hose." I then explained GE was aware because it was flooding our kitchen. He then said, "put a towel down and call someone else cause I can't help you." All while not even looking under for the leak! I do not recommend this business to anyone as the owner was extremely rude and only cared about getting money not helping the customer. I hate to think what he would charge for the visit if it wasn't a warranty call.
