They replaced my front differential and driveline. The parts and labor were on the less expensive end of what it would normally cost. Due to staffing and workload, you need to book your appointment a week in advance. If you can manage the wait, it is well worth the quality of work and price. The bumper to bumper inspection they do for all vehicles also uncovered some future service needs. They are also very customer friendly and flexible.

I was able to set up an appointment right away, which was great since me wheel was grinding pretty bad. The technician diagnosed my problem as a wheel bearing right away, had the parts there promptly, and performed the repair fast. The tech let me know that only one wheel bearing was bad, but the other might go soon, since the bearing usually are problematic on my model of truck with the high miles on it's odometer. Very professional, quick service at a fair price. Thanks Thomas Crawford Auto!

My daughter called me and said she was having issues with our 99' Ford Expedition. I took our vehicle in to get looked at. They checked it over from bumper to bumper, granted they found a few problems which I will be getting fixed by them but for them to check it over for only $42.00 is unheard of today.
