Very well. Richard, who came out first to do the initial evaluation, showed up at the appointed time. Was very professional and thorough. He admitted that some of our problems were not readily solvable so that it would be hard to provide a good estimate on the work to be done. We agreed to have someone come out and take care of the immediate problems and then evaluate the more complicated work for a more accurate quote. He also quoted a reasonable, industry standard hourly rate of $70/hr. Some may think it was too high. We did not. He had someone out twenty minutes later to do the work and he completed every thing under two hours. In addition, he identified an immediate fire hazard that none of us had been aware of and he immediately mitigated the risk. Both men were professional, hard working and straight talkers. I would definitely use the service again and would highly recommend the company.
