SHIRKS SANITATION

From day one they have been terrible. To start it off they gave me a 55bbl drum to dump trash in. It was only supposed to be temporary but after 3+ months my hoa complained. I called and left messages and never received a reply. So I went to home depot and bought my own trash can and left a message that asked that they pick up the barrel. Still no response. They have at times had to pick up extra trash which I was explained that was okay. But they didn't tell me they charge $100 extra to do it. They have left trash and oil stains in my street. They even smashed up. My garbage cans. I have called several times to complain and would only get a voicemail and never once have I received a call back. I finally bit the bullet and after 5 years decided enough was enough and switched. I find it funny I called to cancel and they actually answered their phone. I already had another company hired so I just simply explained I decided to use someone else and I would like to cancel. They then came and took my trash can, the trash can I owned I had to purchase. I called and left a message and they returned it the next day. They through it in my driveway. It wasn't a big deal until that, simply returning it would of been sufficient but that was in called for. These people do not deserve to be in business. The only reason they are is because they are cheaper, not cheap enough for the headache though.
