I provider would never call me back, I had to make all of the phone calls. They finally did come out and look at my skylight, however I was not there to meet them because they never told me when they would be there. I only found out they had been there by again calling them and asking if they had come out yet. They then told me that I would have to replace the skylight, I told them that wouldn't be a problem, the owner then assured me that they would be in contact with me soon. Several weeks went by and I again started to call them and leave messages, unfortunally I haven't heard anything from them again, I don't recomened using this contractor as they seem to not want business.

Limmer's bid was competitive, the crew were good courteous workers, took care to clean up pretty good, I was unhappy with the way they did the roof over the bay windows and 2 porch areas, they never sealed the shingles on the flashing next to the house, I was told that was normal, that it wouldn't leak, I can't see how water is not going to get behind there, the other thing that bothered me was the ridge cap shingles were nailed on the outside, nails exposed, I was told this was a better way to do it for wind, that it would not leak, probably won't leak now but I'm not sure about 10 years down the road, I've looked all over and I have the only roof with exposed nails on the ridge cap, none of the managers came by to look at the job and see if I was satisfied.

Limmer did not bid or respond to the request

After receiving estimates form several companies, we chose Limmer Roofing, who was one of the lowest bidders.  Two workmen came approximately 2 weeks after we chose Limmer Roofing and spent the next 3 days replacing the roof.  They came between 7:30 and 8:00 each day and left approximately 4:00.  I was not home during all of these times, but by the work accomplished, I would venture to guess that they stayed on the job the whole time they were here.  Although they spoke Spanish and limited English, they understood my English and were very accommodating of my questions.

I found my experience with Limmer Roofing to be very satisfying.  They came approximately one month after I signed the contract and they fulfilled the terms of their contract.  They even took down a basketball hoop for me before they began removal of the old roof.  They came every day at approximately 7:30 and left at approximately 4:00.  I found the workers to be friendly and the supervisor to be diligent.  He stopped by after the job to be sure we were satisfied with the job.  Having been in business in the Casper area for longer than the 20 years we have lived here, I knew that they were a reputable company.
The roof has been on since August. 2011, and we find no fault with the material or workmanship

Terry Limmer was completely unresponsive to the problems with the roof and only came out with some workers one time to do a shoddy job of trying to secure the roof.  The shingles they used were not the proper weight for this area.  Eventually there was no response from Limmer Roofing and they completely blew off their responsibilities and the roof.  Horrible experience and I would never recommend them to anyone. I do not know how they remain in business.  The Cheyenne office closed shortly after this incident but they remain in Casper.
