My call was not returned

They are awesome. They are prompt and do what needs to be done.

The product they provided seems to be very good quality. They were always here when they said they would be. Very professional. Stood behind their work.

It was awful. The job wasn't finished in a timely fashion, the workers did not clean up after themselves and the owner was rude.

They are friendly and get here on time, HOWEVER, Getting them to answer the phone? NOT I left several messages and no one ever called back. I called them because they were the installers and I knew one of the guys. After the install I have not had good service or help from them. I have since gone to another company which remains to be seen as far as my review. If you want service but have to fight to get it, call them. Good work, crappy communication.

We had bought our house in Feb 2012. Once summer came around, we learned that the Air Conditioner was seizing - due to no drain being installed when the AC Unit was originally put in. Jim's Heating took a while to call me back, but once I got a hold of them - not only did they come out right away, but they worked late, worked around OUR schedules, were wonderful with my dogs, and did all the work for FREE on just our word that they were the company that installed the unit. I did have proof from the previous homeowner that Jim's put the unit in, but Jim's never asked for it - and the work/labor and parts were are supplied to us at NO COST. I will most definitely call them for my yearly inspections and any other work they are able to do for me.
