The secretary met with a City Inspector concerning a project we was working on and bad mouthed us to that official and caused all kinds of issues for us. She assumed she knew things that were incorrect and talked negative about us to that inspector. I know what was said because after I had heard from the City I went in and asked her what she said. We had worked with them for the last 6 years, will never work with them again. Very Very Unprofessional

Trey came and gave me an estimate for how much the work would be within 5 minutes. When I had the materials I needed I contacted them by email and made an appt. He came a little before the scheduled time, after calling to make sure I was home, and got the work done within an hour and a half. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. As a matter of fact, the caulking came off on the one side of the sink a couple of days later. I contacted them and he came out the very next morning and recaulked the area and advised us on how to avoid it happening again.

Not once did their hand show up on time. Was constantly on the phone and left for hours at a time to get "parts". Did sloppy work and cut corners all the way around. 2 months later and the remodel is almost done, only to find out the connection from the mixer to the shower-head leaks! Now I have a wet basement and water soaked carpet under a high dollar computer tower and speaker system. I now have to cut out a portion of the wall behind the shower and try to repair their shoddy work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have a photo of the invoice and check and also of the leaking connection that their hand put under stress and left without correcting.

It was installed and worked fine until 17 months later. I called a different plumber out because the water was not staying hot. That is when I was informed that the hot water heater had not been installed correctly. There were several things done that could have voided the warranty. The problem with the hot water heater could have probably been avoided had they installed it correctly. It needed to be vented to the outside - it wasn't. It should have had a softener installed with it - it didn't. It should not have had a recirculating pump installed with it - it did. A recirculating pump provides quick hot water all of the, time which is great. But it reduces the warranty on the hot water heater from 15 years to 3. How could the issues have been avoided? By telling the consumer that what you are doing will void or limit the warranty. Maybe tell the consumer that the best time to install would be AFTER construction was done one closer to completion of construction.

The old faucet was very hard to remove with the rust and sediment built up around it so the removal took longer than expected, The young man worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old one. replace all the lines and install a  modern unit that he had never  seen before. The extra time was due to the difficulty removing the old  faucet so we expected  the price to be higher than quoted for a simple installation.

My water heater was leaking all over the floor. I called different places in town to see what the cost would be and Huber Plumbing came in first. I called at 8:30AM they said they could do it today, made me happy. He had a small job to do and then he would call when he could come to my home. He called at 10:00 AM and came right over. Was finished replacing my hot water heater in 1 hour with labor cost of $75.00 plus the cost of water heater. There was no service charge to see what it would take to replace it. He came, he replaced it, and he was gone. My times may be off a little but the fact remains he did a good job in a short amount of time.

It "went" amazingly well!  I would not hesitate to use Huber Plumbing again!  They came on a below freezing day when everyone was calling them to fix broken pipes. We were told on our initial call that it might not be possible for them to get to us that day, that it might be the next day before they could get to us. They re-contacted us an hour later and asked if they could come by in an hour--boy, could they!!!  The two young men (Jeremiah and David) arrived within a half an hour, stomped off their snowy feet, and got to work.  These two young men phoned the water heater company to check on our warranty--all of their own volition--and informed us that we had two choices--either we could replace the old water heater with one of theirs, which would then have a new warranty or  they could replace our current water heater with a brand new water heater for free, (except of course, their labor fees) as our current one still had one month left on the warranty. We said, "sign us up for Option B!" and they did.  So, now we have a new water heater (no warranty on this one, but it's new), which was delivered to our house by 3rd employee, and we had hot water within two hours of their arrival.  Holey Moley!! 

We are unaccustomed to such efficiency, respect (remember the "stomping" of the shoes at the door?) and irreproachable service, we are more than pleased to give this company an "A" rating (we would give them an "A+++" rating, but Angie's doesn't have that as an option). We are still stunned and amazed at their replacing the water heater and for taking the time to look it up to see if was still under warranty, especially as it had been installed by another plumbing service 6 years earlier.

We would recommend Huber Plumbing to anyone, anytime.  Superior work.  Exemplary Service.  It gets no better than what they provided to us.  Any future major work that needs to be done in their area of expertise, you can be assured they will be the company we contact first.  We are very impressed with their work.  We cannot sing their praises highly enough!

Very well and I am satisfied except for the fact that I have to adjust the hot/cold water valve so that my shower isn't cold in the morning.

We had outside faucets that were leaking and the drain to the bathtub was corroded. Trey showed up on time and was very professional. He fixed everything in a timely manor and was very courteous.

Fantastic. He did just what he said he would in the exact time he thought it would take. He was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. His price was the lowest and he was the best person to do the job. We are very satisfied with the way this company does business.

My old water heater began leaking and needed to be replaced.  When we tried to shut off the water to the heater we discovered that the valve didn't work, so had to shut off the water for the whole house to stop the leak.  I called several plumbers to get prices and this company had the best price in the time-frame in which I needed it done - ASAP!    They were at least $100 less than anyone else I talked to.  They gave me a half-day time frame (Tuesday afternoon) and said that the plumber would call before he came over.  He called me in the morning and told me he would be there around 2 pm, then called back right before he came over, which was at about 1:30 pm.  I liked that they kept in touch, and were prompt.  The work was professionally done, and the price they quoted me on the phone was what I was charged.   The plumber, Jay, was personable and professional, as was the gentleman I spoke with on the phone.  If and when I need any more plumbing or heating work, I will definitely call on them again.
