They are quite good. They do a really good job and they have good vacuum cleaners. It is a new facility and more impressive than others. They have better equipment. It is expensive but you get what you pay for.

Had my brand new car washed today, aside from the water spots all over I have scratches from when the kid leaned on my car to dry my windshield. Called and spoke to the manager to inform him I would be driving the 25 miles back to Casper to have this looked at and when I got there aside from LEANING ON MY CAR AGAIN all he told me is they couldnt have done it. Well lets see, the scratches were not there when i used their vacuums but were there when i exited the tunnel after their hand dry, sort of narrows down where it occured. I feel the LEAST that could have been done was him to offer something to try to buff the scratches out. Am extremely disappointed with this business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I just paid them $17 (12 for wash plus 5 tip) for them to RUIN my new car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and PASS THEM BY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
