furniture repair
 + -1 moreWe spent the next 3 months calling them, and asking about timing. We kept getting put off and ignored. We have finally stopped calling them, and have written them off. They never did call us back at all. We always had to call them to get any sort of reponse at all. They kept telling us to call back, and promising us they were going to get to us. They were never rude or anything like that, but quite frankly they didn't seem to care if they got the work or not. Unfortunately they are the only upholstery company in town, and are obviously not motivated to serve the demand in Casper very well. I think huge part of their problem is that they are the only game in town with no competition. I would reccomend people go buy new furniture, and throw the old out instead of using this company. If you are going to use them, prepare to wait a long time.
Description of Work: We called to have this company do a simple repair of a love seat. Initially they were very responsive, did quality work, and were very reasonable on price. We also had them do an estimate on a re-upholster of a couch, and asked to be put on their call list to get it in. They have yet to call us or do anything else with us. They do very good work, but only if you actually get them to do the work.
