I leased a commercial property. I was told the roof would be fixed two weeks into the lease. It was repaired months later. Every time it rained, even after the repair, it rained in the building, making it impossible for me to conduct business. Four out of eight toilets worked. The two that worked in the ladies room, we fixed ourselved. There was a nonfunctional cooling unit, but they did eventually turn on the heating unit. They also did replace the leaking water heater and send someone to fix one urinal, though it did not actually get fixed. I had to replace lightbulbs prior to moving in, with no lighting in either bathroom. I have paid the lease in full, yet continue to get bills to include late charges. I am very dissappointed that no effort was put into maintaining the property beyond the water heater and lighting a pilot light and am very upset that I continue to be billed when I have satisfied my obligation.

"Roof repair on tar and gravel several times with no success, Owners group elected to reroof entire building with new membrane roof. No leaks over space,Tenant purchased building prior to lease ending (to combine businesses causing utilities to transfer to Owners group and bills to be sent to tenant after move out. Issue has been resolved to my understanding,"
