Sold us a cord of wood that was anything but a cord. They took our money and did not deliver the product they promised. Was about 3/4 of a face cord short. When we called to ask for the rest of our wood we were basically called liars and they argued with us. Said they would ask their guys about it and then we heard nothing. Cheats, liars and just all around bad at business.
The guys who dropped off the cord just dropped a big pile in the middle of the driveway and asked me if that looked like a cord of wood. I said I didn't know, had never had to judge on just laying in a pile. Said I would stack it and if it was short would call. Exactly what I did and was given the brush off.

It has been years since we have watched men who understand the "old fashioned work ethic" They worked hard, they worked fast, and they worked smart! Our trees look beautiful! They completely cleaned up our yard afterward, and hauled all the stuff away. We highly recommend this company!

A very nice young man came to evaluate the job and give me a quote. It was very reasonable and so we set up a time for the work, which surprisingly, was very soon. The worker and his assistant were prompt with all their equipment in good shape and they did a great job, using the bucket truck in the front and climbing several trees in the back. The tres looked great and they cleaned up quite well after themselves.

.We were very happy with how quickly they were able to get to our job and get the work done. The quality was within reason. The biggest issue was the lack of professionalism. We have children at home and we didn't like seeing the men work without shirts on. I didn't feel this was necessary. Some of the language was inappropriate as well. Very nice workers and they DO work hard. We would use them again but just talk to them beforehand. We also bought firewood from them in the fall and they brought it promptly.

Provided a bid to trim 2 trees and upon arrival began talking about the bid being too low. After trimming I noticed a large number of dead limbs still left in one of the trees and called them back. They then billed me for the return visit to complete their contract. I refused to pay and they subsequently reduced the bill to the bid price.

"This is the best crew I've had in twenty years. Not every job goes perfectly. Every tree job is different, but over time this crew has gotten better about making sure the job complete before they leave and also speaking to customer before the job starts if they see a problem with the bid and what the customer wants. They trim the way i like to see trees trimmed and I have gotten more good notes in the mail for these guys by far then any other crew I've had. We thank you for your input and will always strive to do better. My mother does my books and always sends a paid receipt so at least in the end there are no mix ups."
