I used Burback's through a home warrenty progam. They came out and looked at my furnace, figured out what was wrong, and did what was possible to keep the heat on (winter). He spoke with my son, as I was at work, and he explained things very well. I did call him to double check the info and to see when it would be fixed. Of course he had to order parts, but didn't charge me the full amount that was given in the estimate, (the shipping charges were not as much, so the bill came down). I gave a "B" just because I never actually saw the guy.

Good experience with Mark at Burback's. He arrived the week prior - advised of replacement part needed - called back with quote and ETA of parts - agreement was made to order the part, and he arrived the afternoon prior to Thanksgiving day. Very good at keeping in touch and follow through.
