BROKER ONE REAL ESTATE

Contract was signed, colors for interior and exterior were all picked out, home was in the process of being built. Cabinets and other details were all picked out. The excitement for a newly built home was in the air. the day i went to sign the final paper work there was a $7000.00 difference than what had been discussed and agreed upon in the original contract. My agent contacted Michele Trost-Hall the owner of Broker One, Michele tried to explain to me a contract is more of a ball park agreement, not an exact dollar amount and $7000 dollars was no big deal. i was then told to take it or leave it. Turns out the home was also sold to someone else at a higher price. Broker One and Michele Trost-Hall both are criminals.

I was extremely impressed by the Broker One Real Estate! Their team of Realtors were there every step of the way making the process of selling and buying a home much easier. We understand that buying and selling home can be very stressful. I am just glad that we had this team to help us through it. We had gone with other real estate companies in the past, with no success. Anytime we had a question, they were there to answer it. If they didnt know the answer, they made sure that they found it for us. I couldnt have imagined working with anyone else!
