Big Badger Plumbing

I called yesterday afternoon to ask Brandon to install our water heater, newly purchased from Home Depot. He informed me that he couldn't get to it that day as he was booked up. Surprise! It was 3:00 p.m. He asked me to text him with our address and phone number and would shoot for 8:00 the next morning. My husband discovered his appointment with his eye doctor was also at 8:00 and I tried to get back to Brandon to let him know. We had not discussed price, time it would take, or anything. Apparently, he left me a voice mail. I have a new cell phone that I'm still trying to figure out, and didn't get the message. Kept looking for texts, nothing. We left for the eye appointment, with our daughter and her husband at the house waiting hopefully for Brandon. He came at 8:30 and told us it would take an hour and cost $150.00 if there were no problems. TWO hours and a cold water valve later, Brandon and his helper left...hauling the old water heater as well as the box from the new one. Obviously, they had a problem or two. The helper had to make a run for something they didn't have. It still only cost us the original estimate. BOTH men were extremely personable and helpful. I WOULD RECCOMEND BRANDON STEWART AND BIG BADGER PLUMBING WITH AN A+ RATING! GREAT JOB,GUYS!
