The owner's first visit to us was actually to go over multiple plumbing issues we wanted have upgraded and or fixed. He provided us with a comprehensive list of repairs and costs, which were reasonable. Some weeks later we experienced a sudden cold snap and had frozen pipes that broke in our basement. This of course was discovered in the evening, and the owner, Steve, was still working after a long day, but he came as soon as he could and fixed everything quickly, was in a pleasant mood, despite having to then drive home around 40 miles on black ice. Will use again!

I was referred by a friend to Tim, owner/operator of All Service Plumbing.....so, so glad I callled them. He was very pleasant on phone, I could tell he was just ready to go home after a long day in bad weather. But he didn't go home. He came to the house, he expertly found and fixed the burst pipe, was pleasant and professional to my husband (me not home yet) and unfortunately I didn't meet him in person as he finished and left before I got there. Job done!

They temporary fixed, the reason  is because the Rinnai water heater needs to be moved to the laundry room because of the the distance of the piping. He did what he could and it did help and as soon as we can do a permanent fixture of the tank we dont have $1000 to move it. Yes, I would recommend it to others. The owners son I guess he is a part owner, he has a rinnai water heater and he understands it pretty well! Considering the area we live in, its not bad either. They were pretty responsive. He was punctual. They are pretty professional. I would use them again.

Tim and his helper Greg came in and helped with taking out the old fixtures and putting i the new ones. They were very professional and curtious. They answered all of my questions.
