 + -1 moreI have never been so disappointed rwith a "professional" company before! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!
Description of Work: I rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment from a private person. Unfortunately the owner passed away. The son of the owner took over and hired Alerin Management to help with repairs. I lived here for 4 years and always paid 500 in rent. After a couple of months of them taking over they raised the rent 150 a month. They told me that it was because of all the repairs. I was ok with it until they never came by to fix the problems. After fighting with them to fix a window (no I didnt break it. It was cracked when I moved in and NEVER got repaired. Then the heat went out in the room and u made the whole window break out because that wasn't fixed for 3 years either) I finally had to threaten them with an attorney in order for them to fix it since both of my young boys got cut on it! After all of that they gave us a 30 day notice to vacate because they want to redo all the apartments! So they kicked my kids and me out!
