Your honesty is a greatly refreshing & helps immensly in trying to become a better shop avaialable to our consumers. I understand your concerns about the final cost being a suprise @ the end & we have been working on trying to get that changed. I wish I could tell you that we will be able to eliminate "the final bill being higher than the estimate", but in automotive work it is quite difficult to see everything that needs to be fixed prior to tearing the vehicle down to fix the problems that we know. I do understand the frustration of having to go to a different building to pay for the repairs & pick your vehicle up than where you dropped it off & speaking with a mechanic. I have put a note in your file to reflect that & we hope that we can figure out something in the future to make you more comfortable.
