Tech inspected our new furnace and said it was never converted from natural gas to propane. He stated the unit was sooted so bad that it could not be repaired. Later the supervisor called saying it would cost $3700 to replace. Meanwhile, the installing contractor, now out of business - Welches heating, came by and installed a hi-altitude kit, (smaller burner orfices) which fixed the problem, AT NO COST!

Their professionalism is excellent. I would not give them quite as high a mark on quickness of response. They seemed to be knowledgeable. They are priced a little high.
