They've been excellent. They're always professional and show up when they said they will. The employees conduct themselves professionally. We like their work and have recommended them to guests.

The day before my job, one of his sanders stopped working and he wanted to reschedule. When I told him that I had a tenant moving in 2 days later, he said not to worry, he would take care of it. He went so far as to borrow a sander from a contractor and drive all the way to Beckley to pick it up. He didn't make back to my house until the afternoon, but he stayed as long as it took to get the job finished. He definitely went above and beyond what I could have ever expected!
The floors turned out beautifully, and he was able to fix a damaged section of floor to the point that you can't tell the problem was ever there.
I also got estimates from 2 other businesses, but their prices were MUCH higher! Mihai offered great service and an excellent price. Do yourself a favor and call him to work on your floors!

My experience was good. They did a good job and they had a cheap price. The only problem we had with them is that he said he was going to start one day and we had already boarded our animals and it was eight in the night and he cancelled at the last minute and it was really annoying and frustrating. It was little frustrating to get in touch with him. They are from Romania and very hard to understand. They don't have the best manner and they are a little gruff but they do a very good job and did it very quickly and efficiently for a good price. They were here when they said they are going to be and they actually came.

They did a great job. They worked very hard and my floors look beautiful. They covered everything with plastic to try to help with the dust. They did a great job.

Owner was quite knowledgeable and gave us very good guidance and recommendations. Workmen arrived promptly when scheduled and were hardworking and very good as well. Job completed on schedule (refinishing floors in 4 BDRs, hall, and stairs), and the results exceeding our expectations. We plan on using European Floors again to both refinish and repair hardwood floors on our ground floor, and install new hardwood to match in the rooms without hardwood. We couldn't have been more pleased.

They were first rate. They did what they said they were going to do and in the time they said they were going to do it. Getting a floor done can be quite dusty, and they promised to clean it up and be dust free by the end and sure enough, they were. They were excellent and they will receive my recommendation.

I initially discovered his company on the internet and called him to give me a bid. He came very promptly although the distance from his office to my home takes nearly 2 hours. He showed up when he said he would and looked at the areas that needed to be refinished. He then went back home and prepared a firm bid for the work, giving me the opportunity to choose between having the floors thoroughly cleaned and refurbished for $1.00 per sq ft or completely refinished like new for $2.00 per sq foot. We chose the latter option. He did two of the rooms while we were there, and the balance of the job during the summer, when we were not there (this house is our winter home.) We trusted him to be in the house when we weren't there by observing his work ethic when the first two rooms were done. He came back as promised and finished the job. He is from Europe, as his company name suggests, and brings a very refreshing professionalism not often found here to the job site.
