First - They consider you trouble if they have to take extra time initially to meet with you and go over your lawn's issues instead of just stopping by at their convenience and dropping an estimate.
Secondly - Their employee that told me it might be there fault and offered to come back was not a new employee and knew what he was saying.
Lastly - I run my own business and would never tell a customer they didn't want to work for me from the beginning, no matter how difficult they were. If I don't feel comfortable taking them on I don't.
"We run an honest business. The spots were not caused by us and my employee was being respectful in saying that maybe it was possible. However, this was not the case. I'm sorry if you thought I was ever rude; however, we are always professional. This was an issue that should have been discussed between us rather making my employee feel like we had caused the spots. I won't deny that we thought you could be hard to satisfy from the beginning. This review you left supports that and myself being in business for 19 years would never leave a nasty review like this."
"Thank you! We appreciate the kind words and your business over the years."
