Charles Malone Home Repair and Painting

Everything he did looks good.  Very nice gentleman to me and my family.  He got the job done in a timely manner and was very professional.

I called Mr. Malone at 9 pm Thursday evening.  When he heard our commode was broken, he said he would be here the next day by 4pm.  He showed up early, removed the commode and found the flooring was weak.  He had to make a brace for the flooring but didn't have what was needed.  He went home, created the brace and came back at 9am the next morning.  This was Saturday.  He finished installing the new commode within 30 minutes.  I am impressed and well-pleased with, not only his work, but his price also.  I would recommend Mr. Malone to anyone with a problem around the house.

The quality of work was excellent. Charles was a perfectionist and took the necessary time to ensure each and every room was done right. It felt like he treated our property the same way he would treat his own. Renters had occupied the house for many years, so it was in need of some general maintenance. As Charles painted, he took note of various issues and promptly discussed them with me. His quote for the additional tasks was very reasonable and he delivered quality work on budget.
 
I?ve since noticed one negative review for Charles. After talking to him a number of times, I find it very hard to believe. I would absolutely recommend Charles.

It wemt excelllent. Charlie is a tru professional and treats his clients very well. he also found a couple places i didn't kow about when doing the concrete work and fixed them. My toilet happened to stop up and he unclogged it too for no charge as well as installing a new toilet seat.  I would strongly recommend him

We were out of town when he painted the living room and I am thrilled with the results.   The decks, railings and benches look so much fresher and cleaner.  He applied 2 coats of paint to them.
