I've had my haircut 3 times now by Toby at Viva Salon.  He is by far the best hairstylist I have ever had.  All three haircuts were quite different from each other, yet he completely understood what I requested and gave me exactly what I asked for, actually even better because he had suggestions as to how to do it to make it look better and style better.  He takes the time to make sure that the haircut is precisely done, has given me good advice on how to style the finished hairstyle and even given me helpful advice on painting technique.  He's very personable and easy to talk to.  And, top it all off his pricing is super reasonable at $25 for a haircut and style.  Its a bit of a drive for me to go there, but it is definitely worth it.  Oh, and no combing my ears or burning my neck with careless technique.  They have online booking which is great.  I've never not been able to get the exact time I've requested, although I tend to request during the week when they aren't super busy.  I'm reviewing him because I want to make sure he gets enough business to stay in business.  I'd be really sad if I had to look for another stylist.
