I ended services with them because of the cost increase in March or April of 2014. They raised the price again and I told them I wasn't going to renew it. Basically, it was costing me about $600/year for them to come and check on the termites and spray for pests, but after their initial treatment for the termites 20 years ago they didn't have to do anything but inspect the home -- no treatment. They never spent very long here. I would consider hiring them again if their pricing was within range.

They have been fine, I haven't really had a problem to call them for so I can't really say that they responded quickly because I haven't really called them for anything, it's just the usual every two or three months they come spray outside or inside. They are okay. They call and leave a voice mail and and I call them back if it is good or not. They have been amenable to my changes.

I am not happy with them. When I call it does not go to them it goes to a centralized service. I have found that 75% of the individuals I talk to were rather rude. The scheduling they say that they can come without me being there and I indicated to them that I refer for me to be here. They were supposed to call several days in advance once it was scheduled an appointment to remind me. I have had them show up unannounced and no appointment made. Then they began to spray without my attention. I had at that particular service called two weeks in advanced and specifically started what I wanted done when they came; I was supposed to call them back to schedule. I finally had them out last week and that was it. I need it to be done. I am not sure if I would renew my contract with them. I am yearly contract.

They did call me back and gave me a price quote.  The estimate was a lot of money. We got another estimate from another company which we went with. We had hornets that had made a hole on the outside wall and it was coming into the inside of our house. We had tried something ourselves and it didn’t work out. We called 3 companies and asked what to do to get rid of the hornets.  They have good reputation and they had a website through which we could get an estimate and that’s how we did it.
