AWFUL! Go ANYWHERE else for an install. Save yourself thousands of dollars worth of headache. The receptionist is so mean and the "co owner" is just as bad. So unprofessional!

When I called them the most wonderful girl answered and was so polite and professional. Had a great tone and mastered the call (hard to get that these days). The serviceman arrived and was also very polite and personable (also hard to get someone like that these days too). He answered my questions and offered his advice and suggestions. That professionalism and type of outgoing customer service is what makes me want to spread the word about them and I will use them again!

I was treated so poorly by the woman who answered the phone that it was disgraceful. She actually yelled at me because their repairman didn't have the proper size capacitor. He put in the wrong size since he didn't have the proper one. He said he'd come back to put the proper one in. He never bothered. When the air conditioner had more problems several months later I called and told the woman who answered the phone that the AC wasn't working and that the man never came back to put in the proper size capacitor. She yelled at me and said I should have called sooner and I would have to pay the full price for him to come out again. I told her it was not my job to remind their repairman to do their job and return with the proper materials. She was vicious and nasty and told me nobody would come if I didn't pay. She was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional.

My wife and I were to leave for vacation onSundy the 14 of Sept. This happened on the Monday before we were to leave. I had the tanks filled, 550 gal, and later in the day one gave way. To make a long story short they were able to get a crew there on Thurs. and Friday and replace the tanks. These guys worked their bitts off and I was able to go on vacation on Sunday. Thank You

I think we pay $150 a year and they service it, clean it and all that stuff. Sometimes they are usually late.

They first charge me to look at it and then again to come and fix any problems I may have. They are a good company and have been around for quite some time. They are very polite when they come out to work. The thing which I did not like about them was the miscommunication. If I do not answer my phone they assume that I am not at home which I do not like. They second time they were coming I gave them my wife's number since I do not have service at work but still they called me and skipped me yet again. The workers do not perform a bad job but the people at the office are not that good. They charge about the same price as others. I would use them again in the future.

We only paid for a service call. They were very courteous. They didn't recommend more work that needed done. They just took care of the problem. They are very reliable and they are right here to fix it when something goes wrong. All of my family uses them. We also used them 3 years ago.

we called for an price on a new air and heating system. they came down the
next day with an estimate on a bryant air and heating system. the furnace comes on in two different stages depending on the weather to conserve on energy the air is 95 % efficient . our old furnace was vented from the basement air and they changed to outside to make it more efficient . they put the furnace in in one day and the air in the next . every thing was cleaned up and hauled away . they explained how the system worked and the air fliter they did an excellent job

overall I was pleased and will and do tell anyone to call them and give them an oppertunity, to do the job,, they will not regret their choice....
