Hardwood Flooring Service, Carpet Installation
Some of the flooring began to splinter almost immediately. We called and asked if someone would come to look at it to see whether it was a warranty issue and to determine what could be done. First a factory person came and told us that everything looked ok and that it should stop soon and they would repair the spots that splintered. When it didn't stop, they sent an independent flooring expert who basically said the same thing. It's been six months and after numerous calls to Jamison Floors, they still have never repaired the flooring.
