Initial installation went well. Less than a year later, however, the vinyl pieces in the small hallway started to come up at the seams. They were resealed after about a month of waiting. Now, unfortunately, the seams are coming up again and a piece of the transition strip shrunk in size and has exposed the snap-in track 1/4 inch on both ends in the dining area. I contacted the provider to get the brand name and color information for the transition strip. It's been four weeks and four calls later and I even sent pictures of the areas that need attention. I have found another contractor to do the work but I'm still waiting for the requested information.
10/11/2014 UPDATE: I've yet to hear from Jamison. I would imagine they would NOT want to be treated as they have treated me. I DO NOT recommend dealing with Jamison.
