Brian came to the house during the summer after our tree had been blown down by a wind storm. He gave a very professional assessment of the conditions and made suggestions that we later included in our project request. He gave very specific estimates of all of the work and broke it down so that we could do some or all of the work at one time. The estimate was a bit higher than I was considering but his attitude, professionalism and courtesy gave me the impetus to agree to all terms and conditions. Over the following months Mr. Beckett's office maintained communication and once a final date was announced they arrived on time and ready to work. I am very pleased with the process and the outcome.
