+ -1 moreHorrible customer service. We have been dealing with them for 11 years. We cannot wait to pay our home off so we do not have to deal with them any longer. Their voicemail says "leave a message and I'll probably return your call" VERY unprofessional for a business that makes HUGE profits. The owner Greg Garton is highly difficult to get ahold of. When you do get to talk to him it's not very pleasurable. I know business are all in it for money but at least have some customer service. Go anywhere but here. Avoid.
