Kenny was inexpensive. You get what you pay for. When we met with Kenny to discuss the job he spoke very confidently about his ability to complete the task. When we agreed to meet him and drop off the truck we had to wait nearly an hour. Upon calling his phone after waiting 40 minutes he told us he would be there as soon as possible. He then told us that he had fallen back asleep. The job was estimated at ten hours of labor and he had the truck for 2 days, which seemed reasonable. When we picked it up there was a rattling noise that he blamed on a bolt that he dropped and couldn't find. He said it would fall out after we drove it a bit. When it wasn't changing we called him and he said he would call us as soon as he could schedule a time for us to come back. He never did. My husband had the truck looked at by another mechanic who informed us that Kenny's work was not professional quality. The manifolds leaked and would not pass inspection, some bolts were broken and one of the manifolds was missing a gasket. The work had to be redone, which cost us a lot. We also noticed that Kenny apparently took our truck for a "test drive" with some people in it because the seats were down in the back and there was gravel from shoes in the back. It was freshly vacuumed and the seats were up when we dropped it off. Overall not a professional job.
