"Mrs [Member Name Removed] did phone us indicating she was not pleased with our service on a particular day in August 2015, she had been our customer for a couple of months and when I called to follow up on our initial cut as I do for all our customers she was very pleased with our service and I told her if she had any issues to please call us. On this particular day, she phone that she wasn't satisfied and we said we would come back to fix the issue that she was not happy with she refused to have us come back. We also told not to pay for this particular cut and she said wanted to pay but we told her if a customer is not satisfied that they don't have to pay for the service. This incident took place in August 2015. In Oct, Mrs [Member Name Removed] contacted us again we had a very nice lengthy conversation about a number of things work related and person. She asked me if we could come back and cut the yard one more time. I told her I would check with my husband. Because of the fact that we were not able to provide her with the satisfactory service she expected we felt we shouldn't go back to cut it. I called the Kings back and left a message with the numbers to a few other lawn care companies in the area and I knew her husband was elderly and I didn't want him to have to cut his own yard. Customer Service and providing quality service is what we strive for all our customers. If they are not satisfied we do all we can to make them happy by redoing the working or not charging them for the service."
