Sam arrived on time and gave us an estimate and a "loaner" part until our part came in. We've used On-Site for about 7 years now and owning Maytag appliances means we've seen Sam a quiet often. Every experience with On-Site has been good. Just wish we didn't need them quite as often as we do :)

Gary explained what his vehicle looked like and let me know that he was on his way. I saw the green truck pull up and the two brought in their gear and started work. They removed the oven, checked out the schematic and with a few trips up and downstairs to switch the circuit breakers, they had the oven back up and running. It couldn't have been a better experience. The dismantling of the oven and repair and resituating the appliance was done in record time. They explained to me that the fan assembly was the problem and suggested that if this issue cropped up again, to get Fand P to send a new one.
I would not hesitate to call ONSITE SERVICE, LLC. for any repairs needed. I felt so comfortable having them in our home, they treated my house and me with the utmost respect and did an excellent job.

I bought my microwave from Samsung and it was a lemon from the start. Samsung would not do much for me as far as replacing it and so they sent the company On Site for repair. They came out and were punctual and professional. They picked up my microwave and kept me informed on the status as they ordered parts and let me know when it was going to be done. I have used them twice now and I would highly recommend them.
