MARK JOHN'S TRANSMISSION REPR

It took 2 weaks to get my truck into shop. I asked if he could check out were i was having a coolant leak. They were sapossed to let me know were it was leaking and how much the cost to fix it was instead of contacting me with a price they just replaced the water pump and hoses and double charged for the work. After the transmission job was complete. The owner said it was done and that i had to bring cash cause they would not except no other form of payment. I was on my way to puck up my truck. After getting the casheirs check. When i walked into office the lady gave me some paperwork to sighn the paperwork was a reliese of all abligation for the work performed Basicly that they were not resposible for anything that they may have done wrong. They would not release my truck till i signed the paperwork. After getting my truck back i looked under the hood and seen that my air conditioning pump was replaced with an older dirtier one. So i checked to see if the air worked it did not. I have called them multiple times and have not been called back. Not only did my air no longer work but the radiater was leaking fluid. And my heater fan only works on high now. So i guess when you take your viehicle to them to work on its free for the picking. I paid them 10500 dollars for this truck and within a year needed a new transmition.
