D's Renovative Services

Description of Work: D;s Renovative Services overpromises and underdelivers. Hired contractors for complete basement renovation with bathroom, laundry room, living room, heating, air conditioner and hot water heater installation. Hired contractors to install closet in my master bedroom that was 9 feet long with a window seat. I was told the closet would take 3 days,, it has been over 3 weeks and still not finished. The contractor brought a laborer that did not know how to dry wall and apply skim coat and everything had to be sanded down and new drywall mud applied. My hardwood floors were not covered and now need to be all redone. Painting of the closet still not finished and wall paint was left on ceiling in several places. Basement renovation is still undeway but the furnace installer has never shown up and estimate included installing new furnace and air conditioner. The owner of the company refuses to bring qualified employees to get the job completed in a timely and professional ,manner but continues to ask for more money to cover the costs. I was told the job would be completed within 4 weeks and they would work evenings and weekends if needed to complete on time. It has been 4 weeks and only a third of the basement is finished. I should also mention that I am paying for all supplies needed for the renovation and the contractor has been provided with everything needed to get the job completed/
