I called them to see if they could fix my current home security system which is 21 years old.  They were very professional on the phone and said they would call back once they verified my system with their service team.  I was called back promptly and scheduled for a service call within 2 days.  They were very professional again when service technician came to check the system.  He found that no parts were needed, just a reprogramming of panel that was caused from power failure.  He was here about an hour and explained the problem and fixed it.  I was very glad that there was no hard sell to upgrade my system or change monitoring of system.  I just expected that it would happen but was very glad that it didn't.  It reassured me that they were an honest company that was not there to take advantage of a situation.  I will definitely use them again and will buy my next system, when I am ready, from them because they gained my trust that they would not sell me something I did not need.  The entire experience from the original phone inquiry through to and including when I received my invoice for the service was very positive and professional.  I would highly recommend.
