They were punctual, they were thorough and they explained what they were doing.

From the first phone call to get an estimate to the end of the job was excellent. They gave me options and never pushed for me to go for a more expensive unit than I needed. They were all knowledgable and very friendly as well. This was the best experience with a contractor that I have ever had. I would refer anyone to this company.

We've used them many times in the past because my mother-in-law uses them. I wish I know the name of the handy-man that come out here several times. I know a lady that I did an orthotics for. Coincidentally, she uses them and they've use them for years. He is a very nice handy-man. I couldn't remember his name; my husband keeps a list of these things. They are coming back out next week for the fan, the exhaust fan that comes out of the roof to replace it. They've been here before and they've done work for us multiple times like recharging our older air-conditioning unit for years. They are prompt and timely. Our need was an urgent because it went kaput quickly and it was 90 degrees outside, you could say that he was over extended in his appointments. It didn't matter what time of the day it was, he was going to take care of this. His wife does the office work and she called to follow up, and I think it's a good team. He does have another person working with him but depending on, I guess, the job need is one or two. It's typically just one person, for installation it was two. We have an appointment for next week wherein he is going to install the vent for exhaust, some kind of vent that takes the heat out of the roof inside of the attic. The motor on our old one broke and he is going to replace the motor as well.
